What can I do if the calibration of power consumption statistics fails?

Last Updated on2024-01-11 06:51:38

1. Compliance of the calibration process

In power consumption calibration, the Wi-Fi indicator blinks twice every 3 seconds. Otherwise, operations before the calibration are incorrect. To ensure that all operations before the calibration are correct, see Production Test on Wi-Fi Energy Monitoring Socket.

2. Compliance of the load testing

Prepare a test resistance and connect it to the input live wire and input neutral wire. A ceramic resistance of 560 R/100 W/1% is used for 220V products, and a ceramic resistance of 144 R/200 W/1% is used for 120V products.

3. Consistency of the calibration voltage and operating voltage

Parameters for 220V regulated power supply: 220V±3V, 392 mA±15 mA, 87 W±2 W. Parameters for 120V regulated power supply: 120V±2V, 833 mA±15 mA, 100 W±2 W

4. Hardware exception

1)Relay exception

2)Noncompliance of the sampling circuit

3)Module power supply exception

3.3V power supply is needed for stable module operation. If the power supply is normal, change a module for a test to check whether the module hardware has problems.

4)Power supply exception for the sampling chip

The power supply for HLW chips is 5V and that for BL chips is 3.3V. Do not mix up the TTL levels.
