How can I cancel an order?

If you did not pay for the order, cancel the order directly.
To cancel a paid order, submit a service ticket and include the following information in the ticket. Tuya staff will process your application as soon as possible.

Whether the order amount is paid to Hangzhou Tuya or Zhengjiang Tuya
After the application is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account.
