I need to take screenshots of my app in use so as to publish the app on Apple's App Store. Can you provide a .ipa file that can run on the iOS simulator?

No, for security reasons, our system cannot generate .ipa files, so we cannot provide you with such files. You can use a different model of mobile phone to scan the QR code to download the app and take screenshots after adding products.
