How to authorize a Google developer account？

The inviter’s Google account must be a developer account. If you have not registered one, you can refer to the link:
Step one: Enter google play console, on the left menu, click users and permissions
Step two：Invite new users
Step three：authorize the users
Filled in Google account, here you can set access permissions and expiration date
step four：The authorized accepts the invitation via email
The authorized person will receive an invitation email, click the link and accept the invitation
