Why are my customized device icons not displayed in the OEM app?

This may be because you have selected the standard mode recommended by Tuya to display your devices. To display your customized device icons, log in to Tuya IoT Platform and go to App > OEM App > Optional Setting. Select the app you want to configure and confirm the display mode on the Devices tab.

If you select Standard View, your pairing devices will be displayed with the icons recommended by Tuya.

If you want to display devices with your customized icons, you need to select Tile View or List View.
