How do I view logs of my devices?

After the device is successfully networked, you can log in to the Tuya Developer Platform. Visit https://iot.tuya.com/device/log to go to the Log query page. Enter the device ID, specify a period, and click Search. Then you can view the device logs within seven days.
If the 7 days' operation log does not meet your needs and you want to view the operation log for a longer period of time, please click to purchase the value-added service called Logs Storage Service, and purchase according to the length of time you need.
No device log maybe because no operation is performed on the device.
Note: On the same LAN, there may be no log recorded for commands delivered by the app. Switch the mobile phone to the 4G network to resolve this issue.
