Can an OEM PID be transferred to another account?

Yes, an OEM product ID (PID) can be transferred from one account to another account. However, an OEM PID cannot be transferred to the account of a role on the same OEM chain.

For example, in the following figure, a PID of brand owner 2 can be transferred to trader 3 or brand owner 3, but cannot be transferred to trader 2 or the factory.
