Why the platform indicates 'Account format is incorrect' when changing the Tuya Developer Platform account?

Currently, the platform only supports the same type of changes. Which means, if the original registered account was a phone number, it can be changed to another unregistered phone number. If the previously registered account was an email address, it can be changed to another unregistered email address.
