Why can't I load the video stream?

Analysis:

1) network bandwidth for IPC need to be better than other smart devices;

2) there is a threshold for IPCs on how many phones can access to the video simultaneously, check it with the supplier;

3) Audio decoding capability of the phone is limited.

Instruction:

1) check the network bandwidth, it's suggested to use bandwidth > 2M (upstream or downstream), Loss Rate< 30%, Delay< 200ms;

2) check if the threshold is reached;

3) check the phone model, better to use a popular phone model to try.
