I have added a device to the App. Why is the activation data 0 in the data center?

  1. Confirm the region where you are viewing data. The device activation data in different regions is stored in partitions. For example, if the device is activated in China, you need to check it in China.
  2. Confirm whether the pid associated with the device is under your Tuya Developer Platform account. If not, the activation data will not be visible under your account. Only the pid owner can view the activation data of this device.
