Is there a difference between the UUID and the device ID?

Device ID and uuid are flat concepts, describing the uniqueness of the device.

uuid focuses on the uniqueness of the device hardware. In the production process of IoT devices, Tuya's factory test tool will issue a unique uuid and authkey in the world of Tuya for each tuya solution device for authentication and authorization;
device_ID focuses on the instantiated object of the device in the cloud. After the device initiates an activation request to Tuya Cloud and the activation is successful, Tuya will issue a device_ID for the device.
