Does it support VAT invoice?

Hangzhou Tuya Information Technology Co., Ltd. has officially started using digital invoices in full from October 17, 2023. From then on, all our entities have switched to digital invoices, and no entity will issue paper invoices anymore. After October 17, the options on the front-end order interface are "VAT special invoice" and "VAT ordinary invoice", which correspond to digital special invoices and digital ordinary invoices in the back-end. At the same time, we will launch a function for customers to download invoices themselves. Different types of businesses support different types of invoicing, please confirm whether your business supports the issuance of digital special invoices:

If the order user, order title, and payment title are all personal accounts, then a special invoice cannot be issued, and only a digital ordinary invoice (personal or company title) can be issued;
If the order user and order title are companies, and the payment title is another account (payment agreement), then a digital special invoice or digital ordinary invoice can be issued to the order party (the invoice title cannot be changed);
If the order user and order title are individuals, and the company pays on behalf, a special invoice cannot be issued, only a digital ordinary invoice (personal or company title) can be issued;
If the order user is an individual, and the order and payment titles are both companies, a digital special invoice or digital ordinary invoice can be issued.

In general, if the order title is not a company, a digital special invoice cannot be issued, and only a digital ordinary invoice can be issued. If it is not a B2B payment, a digital special invoice cannot be issued, and a personal account payment can only issue a digital ordinary invoice.
