- Use the account to which the app belongs to log in to the Tuya Smart platform.
- Click Technical Support, and click ask. On the displayed page, enter your question and click Submit.
- Alternatively, ask your Tuya business manager to submit a work order for you through the TuyaSmart assistant WeChat applet. After evaluating the application and risks, Tuya will modify the app package name within two workdays.
