Why can't I receive the verification email when creating an account on the developer platform?

The possible reasons are as follows:
(1) Your email address is incorrect. (For example, a number or letter is missing or transposed, or ""com"" is incorrectly written as ""con"".)
(2) The email is in your trash can.
(3) A whitelist or a blacklist is set for your mailbox. If a whitelist or a blacklist is set, make sure that the Tuya email address is in the whitelist.
(4) The email is sent from China to a foreign country, which takes a longer time. (The network speed of the SMTP server is slow, or the email is still in the sending queue.)
(5)If you can't find the verification code in the mailbox, and you can't receive it in the "trash", it may be that your mailbox firewall blocks our mail. It is recommended that you use a mailbox with better compatibility.
