Currently, Tuya's official website can be opened only in IE 10 or a later version. Website login using Sogou or 360 Browser is supported in the high-speed mode (with the lightning icon in the address bar), but not the compatibility mode (with the E icon in the address bar). In addition, you may fail to log in to the website if your browser version is too early.
Recommended solutions:
1. Use the high-speed mode of Sogou or 360 Browser.
2. Use IE 10 or a later version or Google Chrome.
3. If the problem persists, send your system name, browser and its version, Tuya account, and login failure snapshot to service@tuya.com. We will troubleshoot the problem for you.
