Can I invite a Tuya employee to log in to the developer platform using my account for assistance?

No. To protect the safety of your digital assets, Tuya does not allow employees to log in to the IoT platform using your account. We recommend that you learn the relevant knowledge at our document center or help center, or consult with our intelligent customer service, and operate by yourself.

If you still need the help of a Tuya employee, you can grant the employee permission to access your space or product. After the issue is solved, remember to revoke the permission.
