Why is an OTA update cannot be performed under the gateway for a Bluetooth mesh device developed based on TuyaOS solutions?

OTA update under the gateway is supported for SDK 3.6.0. For other SDK versions, the OTA update is supported only when the mobile phone is directly paired with the Bluetooth mesh device.
