Does the Wi-Fi module have a retransmission mechanism? How can I determine that the transmission is successful?

The module currently has no feedback signal of the cloud to the MCU, and the reported data is stable. Retransmission can be done but there is no need to do too many times. Because if the DP data does not change, it will be filtered out by the module.
