Under what circumstances does the device go offline?

The device is disconnected from the network for more than 3 minutes；
MCU end sends a reset command and enters the network configuration mode.
When the network connection or router performance is not good and the interaction between the module and the cloud fails, the module actively disconnects from the network and then tries to connect to the network again.
