How do I verify the hardware flow control of TYZS4?

Connecting module's CTS/RTS with master's RTS/CTS, pull up Zigbee's RTS, Zigbee doesn't send but can receive. Pull up Zigbee's CTS, equivalent to pulling up the master's RTS, the master doesn't send, but can receive.
