Subscription & Recharge —— Subscription channels
When you provide customers with subscription purchase options, users will receive bill information on a regular basis, and the user's payment information will be stored in subscription channels (such as Paypal, Stripe) and other platforms.
Through this document, you already know the basic operations of creating, editing, and deleting subscription products.

Subscription channels status
When you manage subscription products, subscription products will also be synchronized in the subscription payment channel. During the entire synchronization process, you can know the status , whether the subscription product created successfully in payment channel.
Steps:
1. Go to the Apps via the navigation menu.
2. Click 'Manage->Products' under Subscription & Recharge
3. Check subscription status in subscription channels.

Manage subscription products
Based on the rules of the subscription channel, you may need to pay attention to the following when managing subscription products:
1. Creation of subscription products
- When you create a subscription plan for a product, you need to return to the 'Product Plan' list. And select subscription channels for your product.
- Based on the rules of the subscription payment channel, there may be a possibility of creation failure, it depends on subscription channels.
2. Modification of subscription products
- You can modify the basic information of the product, such as the variant, price. You can also modify the subscription plan information for a product, such as frequency, discounts, etc
- The AppMall will automatically synchronize with the subscription payment channel after you modify it. And it'll take some time.
Please pay attention to subscription status

- Currently , when you enable the subscription option, the product only supports ’Express Checkout ‘.
- In the ’General Checkout ‘ , the shopping process supports coupons, promo codes and other information, which cannot be applied to the products of the subscription channel.
- So the price will be a difference between AppMall and subscription channels
