Instructions for TuyaGo Authorization

You are logging in to TuyaGo (URL: www.go.tuya.com). Please note that TuyaGo and Tuya Smart (URL: www.tuya.com) are two independent websites run by different legal entities. The rules of Tuya Smart do not necessarily apply to TuyaGo. To help ensure that you purchase products and receive related services conveniently on TuyaGo, you hereby acknowledge and agree that:

(1) you will log in to TuyaGo with your user name and password of Tuya Smart;

(2) you authorize Tuya Smart to provide TuyaGo with your account information, so that TuyaGo can create orders and provide other services for you;

(3) you authorize TuyaGo to provide Tuya Smart with your transaction data and other information on TuyaGo, so that Tuya Smart can provide you with after-sales and other services according to its agreement with TuyaGo or based on the authorization of TuyaGo;

(4) certain products in an order may not meet the relevant design, production, packaging, safety, and other standards as prescribed by the laws and regulations of the place where the consumers are located provided that such products are designed and produced for consumers in markets outside China in accordance with the laws and regulations of their original sales destinations outside China; and

(5) you have carefully read, fully understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of the User Service Agreement of TuyaGo and the Privacy Policy of TuyaGo, as well as other rules and modifications thereof (including but not limited to the disclaimer clause therein) issued by TuyaGo from time to time.
