O2O Retail

When users purchase products online, they can choose which nearby store to fulfill their order. Offline stores fulfill orders by picking items based on user's order information, completing the fulfillment process.

Scope of Application

Adding O2O Products

Only products that are marked will prompt users to select nearby store information during checkout.
Steps:
1. Click on the "Apps" menu, find the O2O Retail App under "Recommended Apps."
2. After installing the app, go to O2O Products through the drop-down menu under the "Go to Manage" button. If this function is already bound to the left navigation menu, click on the "O2O Products" menu to enter.
3. Click on the "Add Product" button in the top-right corner.
Select the product you wish to mark, then click "OK" to complete the O2O marking for that product. You can remove the O2O marking for a product by clicking on the "Delete" button on the right side of the list.

Nearby Stores

When a user places an order, you can control the distance and number of nearby stores based on the user's geographic location.
Steps:
1. Click on the "Apps" menu, find the O2O Retail App under "Recommended Apps."
2. After installing the app, go to Settings through the drop-down menu under the "Go to Manage" button. If this function is already bound to the left navigation menu, click on the "Settings" menu to enter.
3. By default, you can choose the range and number of nearby stores based on the user's geographic location for users to select.
4. You can also add fulfillment rules for these types of products.
