After creating a store, it will have a default store currency, which serves as the primary currency for the store.
When expanding your store's sales regions, you can add multiple currencies to fulfill the multi-currency display needs of that region. This enables your customers to view prices, make payments, and receive refunds in the local currency.

Set Multiple Currencies
Steps:
1. In the AppMall admin panel, click on the "Settings" navigation menu and select the "Products and Pricing" tab.
2. In the "Supported Currencies" section, choose the currencies you wish to support from the dropdown menu.
3. Establish the exchange rate relationship between the selected currency and the store's primary currency.
4. After setting the exchange rate, the system will initialize the multi-currency prices of products by rounding up based on this rate and the product's price.
Merchants can also individually modify the price for a specific currency.
5. Click "Save" to complete the configuration of multiple currencies.
Note: By default, multi-currency prices are not enabled. Enable them by checking the "Show Prices to customers in their local currency" option. If unchecked, the selected currency will not take effect.
Multi-Currency Product Pricing
Automatic Mode
The multi-currency prices for products are automatically calculated based on the exchange rate values you have provided.
Fixed Mode
When you manually specify multi-currency prices for a particular product, the pricing enters fiexed mode.
Note that whether in automatic or fiexed mode, if there are changes in exchange rates or modifications to the product prices in the "Product Library," the multi-currency prices will be recalculated based on the latest prices and exchange rates.
Other Multi-Currency Fees Pricing
In the store, the prices for shipping, installation fees, coupons, discount codes, and other fees in multiple currencies are calculated in real-time based on the exchange rates you input. The calculation involves rounding to two decimal places.
Allow customers to change currency
If you wish to allow customers to switch currencies, you can add a currency switch menu.
Here are the steps:
1. In the AppMall admin panel, click on the 'Online Store' navigation menu and select 'Store page.'
2. On the store page design, click on the 'Menu' tab on the right.
3. Click the 'Add Menu Item' button, enter the menu name, such as 'Currency'
4. Choose 'Other -> Currency' as the link type, and click 'Confirm.'
5. Return to the store page design page and click 'Publish.'
Multi-Currency Payments
When App users visit your store, the displayed prices are determined based on the user's registered country and the store's multi-currency enablement status.
If the store's multi-currency setting differs from the App user's registered country/region, the user will see the prices in the store's primary currency.
During the checkout process, if the payment channel (such as Paypal, Stripe) does not support the selected currency, the user won't be able to complete the transaction. For information on which currencies are supported by each payment channel, please refer to the respective payment channel's documentation.
After completing the order payment, the order amount will be displayed in the actual multi-currency price paid by the user. In case of a refund, the payment channel will process the refund based on the corresponding multi-currency price.
