Subscription & Recharge——Product Service
After the customer places an order, you need to fulfill the contract. Physical goods need to be shipped from your warehouse, and if you are selling virtual goods, fulfillment may be done by system or offline.
If your product supports subscription, when the customer places an order with subscription option, AppMall will regularly generate new orders according to the cycle of the product plan.
If it is a physical product, you only need to follow your shipping process to fulfill the contract, please refer to this document.
If it is a virtual product and the product is provided by Tuya, please refer to the following process.

Bind a service for a product
When the products you sell are provided by Tuya, whether they are sold as one-time or subscription, your products need to be bound to Tuya's services, and the system will automatically perform the contract after binding
Steps:
1. In App Mall admin, go to the 'Apps' ;
2. Select the 'Subscription & Recharge' App that you just installed and click on the 'Manage - Product service' menu
3. Select the product you just created and click the 'Manage Services' button on the right side of the listing page
4. Select a service category under 'Service category', and then you can bind the corresponding service for each variants
5. Click the 'Confirm' button to bind the variants to the service
Note:
1. When you have completed the binding of products and services, you can see the inventory on the list page. If the inventory is 0, it will affect the fulfillment of the product and service.
That is, if the user places an order successfully, the user cannot receive the service, or for the subscriber, the next deduction is successful, and the service will not take effect

2. At present, if the user places an order successfully, AppMall will automatically perform the fulfillment, that is, the service will take effect immediately
3. If the product is performed by your warehouse, then you do not need to bind the service, such as hardware goods
Unbind service for a product
Steps:
1. In App Mall admin, go to the 'Apps' ;
2. Select the 'Subscription & Recharge' App that you just installed and click on the 'Manage - Product service' menu
3. Select the product you just created and click the 'Manage Services' button on the right side of the listing page
4. Under ‘Service category’, leave it blank
5. Click the 'Confirm' button
Note: Once the product is not bound to the service, the customer places an order and the service cannot take effect
