Encourage users to make repeat purchases in the store or perform specific actions on devices, such as uploading mileage, through points.

Ways to earn

Set up points rules to determine where users can earn points. Currently, there are four ways for users to earn points:

Check-in
Invite friends
Merchants directly issue points to users
Other user behaviors

Steps:

1. Click on the 'Apps' menu, find the Points App under 'Recommended Apps.'

2. After installing the app, go to the ways to earn through the drop-down menu under the 'Manage' button. If this function is already bound to the left navigation menu, click on the 'Ways to earn' menu to enter.

3. Check-in 3.1 On the check-in card, you can toggle the switch button to enable or disable the check-in rules. When it's disabled, you can set the check-in rules; when enabled, you cannot modify the check-in rules.

Note that when the check-in gameplay is disabled, your users cannot earn points through check-in anymore.

3.2 Rules Form

Daily Check-in reward: Determine how many points users can earn each time they check in.

Consecutive check-in reward: Users can earn additional points after continuously checking in for several days.

Check-in Popup: Users will see a check-in popup when they visit the homepage.

Check-in Rules: Default check-in rules will be generated based on the values filled in the form.

Submit the form to complete the check-in rules setup.

4.Refer a friend

4.1 On the 'Refer a friend' card, you can toggle the switch button to enable or disable the rules. When it's disabled, you can set the rules; when enabled, you cannot modify the rules.

Note that when it's disabled, your users cannot earn points through inviting friends.

4.2 Rules Form

Completed order reward: The inviter will earn points when the invitee successfully places an order. The specific number of points is determined by the merchant.

Conditions Limit: Limit the maximum points an inviter can earn and the maximum points they can earn per day.

5. Direct points

You can issue a specified number of points to a specified account of app

6. Other User Behaviors

Merchants can customize some user behaviors. Users will earn points when they complete these actions. This area currently requires development based on the store's points API.

Ways to redeem

Determine how points are used by setting points benefits. Currently, the store supports cash discounts as benefits.

Steps:

1. Click on the 'Apps' menu, find the Points App under 'Recommended Apps.'

2. After installing the app, go to the points rules through the drop-down menu under the 'Manage' button. If this function is already bound to the left navigation menu, click on the 'Points Benefits' menu to enter.

3. Ways to redeem

3.1 On the 'Cash discount' card, you can toggle the switch button to enable or disable the benefits. When it's disabled, you can set the benefit rules; when enabled, you cannot modify the benefit rules.

Note that when it's disabled, points benefits are also disabled.

3.2 Points Benefit Rules

Points Value: Determine how many points can be exchanged for how much cash.

Application Scope: Control which products can support this points benefit.

Discount Mode: Currently supports two modes - any discount and fixed discount:

Minimum Order Amount: Overall control of the minimum order amount. If set to 0, there are no constraints.

Earning History

Through the points history, you can understand the records of users' earning and redemption within the store, which facilitates later management.

Display 'Points Discount' module on Product Detail Page

After installing the Points App, on the Product Page , under the Components List - Apps block in the left area, a discount component will be added. It will show the Points - product price and points, following the product page operation documentation, displaying points discount information on the product page.

Display 'Refer a friend' module on Product Detail Page

After installing the Points App, on the Product Page , under the Components List - Apps block in the left area, a points component will be added. It will show the Points - refer a friend, following the product page operation documentation, adding this function module information to the product page.
