Return and refund management
AppMall provides two ways for refund management, one is to manage according to AppMall's standard process, and the other is to manage offline by merchants and customers

Customize return and refund management
1. In the AppMall Admin, go to Settings through the navigation menu
2. Click the Checkout & Orders tab
3. In the Orders section, you can see the mode of Refund management, select the Custom mode
4. Select your refund policy
When you enable this mode, customers will only see the information of the return and refund policy in the order details page, and there will be no return or refund operations
Standard return and refund management
1. In the AppMall Admin, go to Settings through the navigation menu
2. Click the Checkout & Orders tab
3. In the Orders section, you can see the mode of Refund management, select the Standard mode
When you enable the standard mode, customers can apply for refunds and returns on the order details page.
4. You can set whether to automatically review return requests.
If you agree to the user's return, you fill in the after-sales delivery address
