Your products are the goods, digital products that you sell. You add a product in App Mall by entering product details and uploading product images. If your product has options, like size or color, then you can add a variant for each combination of options.
When you are adding or updating a product, it's available for all your sales channels.
You view, add, update, and organize all of your products and variants from the Products page in the App Mall admin.

Adding and updating products

You can add or update information about a product such as its price, variants, and availability from the Products page in your App Mall admin.

Add a new product

Steps:
1. From your App Mall admin, go to Products.
2. From the Products page, click New product.
3. Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.
4. Click Save.

  • Edit a product

    After you've created products, you can edit them to change their descriptions, prices, and any other product details.
    Although you can change your product details at any time.
    Saved changes take effect immediately in your online store. Before you update a product, you can check the top of the page to see if another staff might also be making changes to the same product.
    Steps:
    1. From your App Mall admin, go to Products.
    2. Click the name of the product that you want to change.
    3. Modify the product details.
    4. Click Save.

    • Make products active

  • By default, after the product is created, the product status is active. However, if your product inventory is not set and the inventory defaults to 0, the product is unsellable because it is out of stock. Unless you set your inventory to be greater than 0, or check 'continue selling when out of stock' option
    Steps:
    • To view or change a product's availability settings:
    1. From your App Mall admin, go to Products.
    2. Click the product's name to open its details. The product is available to the sales channels listed in the Product status section.
    3. Set the product status as on sale.
    4. Click Save.

    Make products draft

    If you no longer want to display a product in your online store, but you don’t want to permanently delete the product, then you can archive the product instead. If you archive a product, then the product is moved to the Draft tab of the Products page.
  • Steps:
    1. From your App Mall admin, go to Products.
    2. Click the name of the product that you want to change.
    3. Set the product status as Draft.
    4. Click Save

    Delete a product

    You can delete a single product. When you delete a product, it's permanently removed from App Mall. Deleted products can't be restored. If you run out of stock or no longer want to display a product for any reason, but don’t want to permanently delete it from your store, then you can make the product draft instead.
    1. From your App Mall admin, go to Products.
    2. Click the name of the product that you want to change.
    3. Click 'Delete' button
